Reading for leading



Nao precisamos ser líderes em todas as áreas. This is impossible! Mas, baseado no conceito da "individual uniqueness" podemos e devemos ser lideres em nossas áreas de expertise, onde temos os "skills" necessários. 

Em uma era de recursos limitados, ha que ser criativo. Ha que identificar áreas de conhecimento e set de skills adequado. O sucesso (ou nao) esta na habilidade de connectar esse conhecimento e fazer a soma das partes muito melhor que cada uma individualmente. Como? Fazendo as perguntas certas, connecting dots e pessoas. E isso e liderança.

Conheça-se. Identifique seus pontos fortes. Adqurida o "tool's set" necessario. Entenda o ambiente, a concorrência e as tendencias. E se jogue, com confiança,  credibilidade e etica! E claro, the cherry of the cake: Promote yourself!!!
