Some of the rules and my favorites:
- Drink coffee
- Smile
- We need regularity. To eat, to go to bed, to exercise.
- Movement over the time. Walk up and down.
- Take baby aspirin and statin daily.
- Eat real food. No food supplements, no vitamins.
- Never skip breakfast.
- Eat more than three servings of cold-water fish a week.
- Avoid stilettos and other sneaky sources of inflammation. Wear comfortable shoes.
- Moderation (in everything you do)
- We need to learn from ever experience we have and make it better.
